Goat Milk Soap and candles may soften in transit during Summer months, upgraded shipping is highly recommended.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit. This includes situations where an order/shipment sits in a hot mailbox or porch on a summer day and melts.

We are happy to ship to where you work or to another location of your choosing to prevent your order from sitting out in extreme heat all day. We are also happy to ship using FedEx which keeps your shipment cool until it is delivered (unlike USPS and UPS which do not have air conditioned trucks). Please contact us if you would prefer your order be shipped via FedEx.

If your order is a gift and you would like it mailed directly to the recipient, please enter in their address at checkout. If you would like a note or gift card included with the packing slip, you can type it out in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.

We love to work with our customers to create custom products. We have created baby shower favors, wedding shower favors, gifts for parties, birthdays, anniversaries and more. Our custom orders do require more time than off-the-shelf items. Please get in touch with us to discuss your ideas!

Most soaps, candles and floral decor items are made to order and ship in 3-5 business days. Large orders will take longer, as may orders placed in November and December. If your order is time-sensitive, please let me know.

When possible, your item(s) will be shipped using recycled, re-purposed, and/or biodegradable shipping materials. Most often, the bubble wrap and packing peanuts will be on their second or third tour. I don't buy packing peanuts. I reuse them from items that I have shipped to me. I encourage you to reuse any that I send in your packages!

-All items are handmade in small batches. Please afford for slight variations in appearance as no two batches of product are identical.

-Some fragrance notes (especially vanilla) may turn our products different shades of brown/tan but they are still safe to use.

-Phthalate free essential oils are used in our products.

-Our candles are hand-poured and are made with 50% soy wax and 50% food grade paraffin wax.

A quality bar of handmade soap will often "sweat" in humid weather due to the high content of natural humectants.

When natural soap sits out in humid conditions, glycerin (a humectant) in the soap will draw moisture out of the air and onto the soap, causing "sweat".

There is nothing wrong with your soap and it is not melting, it is just the glycerin and other natural humectants doing their job.

Please understand, when you receive your soaps during humid weather conditions, some of the soaps and wrappers may be damp or wrinkled from the natural "sweat" of the soaps.

On extremely sunny or warm days, it is best to pop your package in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes before opening. This will help to combat softening and/or melting.
